10KHZ逆變直流點焊機 是我公司研制生產的一種全新的電阻焊機。該產品采用目前世界上最先進的高頻逆變技術、全橋軟開關技術和DSP數字控制技術；輸出頻率一萬赫茲。具有變壓器體積小、輸出功率大、焊接成型好、焊接飛濺少、控制精度高等特點。在焊接多層鍍鋅鋼板和高強度鋼板時，不但焊點質量好，而且可以做到基本無飛濺。本產品共獲得國內發明專利四項，實用新型專利十五項，軟件著作權證書三項，另有兩項國際發明專利正在接受專利指定國的審查。

該產品具有以下特點：

1、變壓器體積小，重量輕，不但實現了變壓器和焊鉗的一體化，也有利于減輕機器人 焊鉗的整體重量。

2、焊鉗伺服電動缸 可采用進口的中空電機 ，也可以采用我公司自主研發并獲得多項專利的電動缸。進口的中空電機采用行星滾柱絲杠 ，其使用壽命是普通滾珠絲杠 的5-10倍。我公司生產的電動缸結構設計合理，噪音低，剛性強，使用壽命長，

維護簡單。

3、獲得多項外觀專利的機器人焊鉗本體，采購航空鋁加工，剛性好，強度高，變形量小，對提高焊接質量，起到了很好的保障作用。

4、焊接主機與機器人通訊采用DEVICENET協議，也可根據用戶要求，配置個性化通訊模塊。

作為國家十二五重大專項“基于機器人的汽車焊裝自動化生產線”項目的承擔者之一，次高頻電動伺服機器人專用直流點焊機 已經被一汽轎車公司的D009車型的地板線、M3車型的主焊線等多款車型采用；該產品還于2013年成功中標上海通用汽車D2UX平臺機器人點焊機項目，數十臺次高頻逆變直流機器人專用電動伺服點焊機，專門用于該項目的高強度鋼板焊接。
